  • We utilize aptitude and English tests in the recruitment process and perform multi-phase interviews.

Alvimedica accepts job applications via the internet or through other channels. If there arevacancies, suitable candidates are invited for interviews. The first interview is executed by the Human Resources department. If the result of the interview is positive, a second interview is arranged with the manager of the related department. If the candidate is then considered to be suitable, all information regarding the position is compiled by the Human Resources department in the form of a job offer letter. Following the candidate’s acceptance of the job offer, the recruitment process is initiated.
