Performance Management

Performance management enables our company to define its targets and priorities and to be successful in its future initiatives and projects by focusing on its objectives.  In our company where tasks are carried out on a target and result-oriented basis, the company’s strategies and objectives are shared with our employees to facilitate a team spirit and to pursue a common goal together. In order to foster a common goal, the contributions of our employees are collected and assessed with a fair, methodical and evaluation-oriented system.

In the performance evaluations, not only the business targets are assessed, but also employees’ loyalty to the company, values and competencies. The performance evaluation of employees is conducted at least once a year.

The objectives of the Performance Management System at Alvimedica are determined as follows:

  • The facilitation of a parallel between the company and individual targets with respect to the achievement of strategic targets as determined in our company’s vision statement
  • The enhancement of the company’s success through supporting personal success
  • The assessment of contributions by all our employees in a fair, methodical and evaluation-oriented way to achieve the targets in-line with the vision of our company
  • The enabling of employees to realize the contributions made to the company by fulfilling their responsibilities
  • The supporting of continuous professional development,
  • The improvement of the company’s efficiency and profitability
  • The improvement of services and product quality
  • The identification of training needs and training budgets in a simpler and more accurate way
  • The creation of a motivating work environment
