- Our claim of being a “Preferable Employer” is supported with equal salary pricing and social opportunities aimed at rewarding high performance. In return for the performance demonstrated by our employees and the value added at the same time, Alvimedica ensures that they receive their remuneration by the pre-defined company standards. During the formation of the salary package, a competitive salary policy is primarily targeted. Depending on the Performance Management System’s evaluations, following the completion of annual performance evaluations, the employees are rewarded with Alvimedica performance premium once a year. Creative and income generating recommendations are also rewarded within the scope of the Recommendation Rewarding System. Depending on the position of an employee, company cars and mobile phones may also be provided to employees, as well as dining and transportation services.
- Our policy on salary pricing and on other social opportunities, are principally based on performance-target assessments, and performance-related rewards are awarded in a fair but competitive way. Once a year, in January, our salaries are adjusted in-line with inflation, performance and our targeted positioning in the market.
