  • ALVIMEDICA invests heavily in the training and development of its employees with the aim of increasing productivity, performance, production and quality, improving and accelerating the processes and attracting new talents while retaining ones already inside the company.
  • The investments made in training and development enables Alvimedica employees to gain the skills and competencies in a shortest possible time necessary for adaptation to the technological developments utilized and to reach an optimum level in the conservation of effort, time, material, money and capacity usage.
  • Our objective is to determine – and improve with training – the key competencies necessary for the self-development of our employees in their current and future positions and to develop as good leaders.
  • We shape our training programs in a manner that leads to success. Our success emerges from a combination of the investment made to the human resources infrastructure and the support given to development directed at the value given to people and leadership with the determination and ability of Alvimedica employees.
  • The most significant factor behind the success of Alvimedica is its employees. Our goal is to support the career development, performance and motivation of our employees and to constantly improve the corporate culture with different educational opportunities, short-term and long-term rotations and various projects.
  • Training occupies a significant place in the development plans of all Alvimedica employees. The Human Resources department is responsible for the planning, arranging, and procuring of applications, as well as the evaluation of training necessary based on the positions and the personal needs of its employees. The Managers are responsible for determining the training needs of employees in their departments; forwarding the results of their evaluations to the HR Department; conveying to the employee the reasoning for the selection of a particular training and  following-up changes in the employee and/or the work performed after the training has been taken.
  • To meet all requirements, the training is carried out within the framework of the training plans devised by the Human Resources department. Depending on the nature of the training, they may be acquired from an outside source, provided by Alvimedica instructors or involve attending seminars, fairs and presentations. When considered necessary, seminars abroad may also be included in the training schedule. The training designated are classified as Occupational/Technical training, Corporate/Work-related Training, Orientation Training and Training for Self-Development.
  • The Occupational/Technical trainings are the trainings arranged for the increasing the technical knowledge and skills of the employees.
  • The Corporate/Work-related trainings and Orientation trainings are the trainings for the learning and the adoption of the mission, vision and values of the organization, the comprehension of the corporate culture and the formation of a common language. In addition to providing the corporate trainings to the newly employed personnel, they may be organized for cases of re-organization in the company, changes in the management, changes in the mission, vision and values and/or the formation and keeping alive of a team spirit.
  • The trainings for self-development are the trainings arranged for the development of the personal skills of the employees. Computer and language trainings for the occupational and personal developments of the employees are also organized.
