Alvimedica Attended the Euro CTO Meeting Held on October 15th-16th

Alvimedica took its place at ‘The Experts “Live” Workshop 2010’, organized by Euro CTO Club for the second time and held on October 15th-16th in the city of Thessaloniki, Greece. Along with the Alvimedica team, 15 of our invaluable doctors from Turkey, interested in the topic of CTO, also attended this meeting.

The meeting hosted by Prof.G.Sianos (A.H.E.P.A. Hospital University, Thessaloniki, Greece) received more than 300 attendees.

The attendees were very happy with the meeting’s scientific content and its general ambiance, during which new trends and techniques were explained and difficult cases discussed. Also Prof. Tevfik Gurmen and Prof. Omer Goktekin, who are two of the Turkish members of the Euro CTO Club, took their places in the congress and contributed their valuable insights. The case presentation of Prof. Omer Goktekin, which was performed utilizing different techniques, was watched by attendees with extreme interest and admiration.

We were very proud in the knowledge that Alvimedica’s products were used in such a complicated case, and shared in the environment of an international meeting.

Along with the congress’ scientific programme, the social programme organized for our guests by Alvimedica, which involved visiting Ataturk’s house and organizing another tour to Thessaloniki, received much attention.

In Kavala and Alexandroupoli, we stopped over for a food break, which helped us conclude the tour in a friendly environment, whilst at the same time gave us the opportunity to taste Greek cuisine.

The programme was exhausting, but entertaining at the same time; and the overall experience received a lot of positive feedback from everyone, from scientific and social standpoints.
